Marched like troops a million miles

With patience in heart to run in files

Chanted and ranted, they walked the rope

Unfaltered like ants with a cherished hope

Human mind is like a lethal force

Can be divine and can be sore

Life is a misery for those who fail

Failure and adversity help prevail

He who culls to embrace success

Prepares to bear gruelling stress

To err is human the nobles said

To never try is a crime unsaid

Will to fight like he tills to eat

Work and worship until it sleeps

Trust the mind that helps man cope

Left to the mind it’s full of hope
